Rodney G. Pleas

Funeral services for Rodney G. Pleas, 12, of 1215 Twenty-fourth Ave., will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Meyer Chapel. The Rev. James C. Cormier, pastor of Twin Cities Christian Church, will officiate. Interment will be at Plumer Settlement Cemetery.

He was the son of Norma G. Pleas of the given address, and Gordon W. Pleas of Council Bluffs. The boy died Saturday at a Council Bluffs hospital of a brain disease.

Other survivors include three sisters, Linda Pleas, Beverly Pleas and Mrs. Brenda Brown, all of Council Bluffs; four brothers, Dawayne, stationed with the U. S. Army at Ft. Riley, Kan., Gary L., Randy G. and Keith W. Pleas, all of Council Bluffs.

He was a lifelong resident of Council Bluffs and completed the sixth grade in 1973 at Tinley School. He was a member of the Twin Cities Church.
