Kenneth F. Kizzier

Kenneth F. Kizzier, age 78, of Council Bluffs passed away September 11, 2009 at Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital.

He was born on November 23, 1930 to the late Floyd and Esther (Enselman) Kizzier.

Kenneth was a 1949 graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School and retired from the Farm Service Company in 1992. He was also a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Country Church.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 44 years, Alyce (Franke); daughters and sons-in-law, Julie and Craig Dencklau, of Ankeny, Iowa; Kendra and Edward O'Neill, of West Des Moines, Iowa; granddaughters, Miranda and Jordyn Dencklau, of Ankeny, Iowa; brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Patricia Kizzier, of Moville, Iowa; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation with the family is Sunday 6-8 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral service is Monday 1:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. The family will also receive friends during the hour prior to the service. Interment is in the Plummer Settlement Cemetery. Memorial are suggested to the Plummer Settlement Cemetery Association.
