Funeral services for Floyd W. Kizzier, 67, Route 1, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Meyer Chapel.

The Rev. W. E. Wicklund, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church, will officiate. Interment will be at the Plumer Settlement Cemetery.

Kizzier died Thursday at his home of an apparent heart attack.


Floyd W. Kizzier Dies At Age Of 67 Years

Floyd W. Kizzier, 67, of route 1, Council Bluffs, died at his home Thursday after an apparent heart attack.

Bon in Mills county, he had resided in rural Council Bluffs since 1920.

He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and the Farm Bureau. His wife, Esther, died in 1961.

Surviving are two sons, Kenneth F. of Council Bluffs and Earl D. of Primghar; four brothers, Claude of Atlantic, Lester of Glenwood, Alfred of Omaha and Clifford of Rapid City, S. D.; six sisters, Mrs Leona Livengood of Canadian, Tex., Mrs. Hazel Hayne of Malvern, Mrs. Grace Livengood of Pacific Junction, Mrs. Minnie Robinson of Lincoln, Neb., Mrs. Sylvia Harris of Pacific Junction and Mrs. Mae Keesey of Creston and three grandchildren.

Services were Saturday afternoon from Meyer Funeral Home in Council Bluffs. Burial was in Plumer Settlement cemetery.
