William Huff, 81, of Treynor died Friday at a Council Bluffs hospital.
He was born in Randolph, Neb., and farmed several years in the Silver City area before retiring. During the past 13 years he lived in Treynor.
Huff was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Mineola.
Survivors include his widow, Maggie; two daughters, Mrs. Edgar Franke of Route 2 and Mrs. Earl Shelby of Silver City; son, William Huff Jr. of Emerson; sister, Mrs. William Schutt of Randolph, Neb.; seven grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Cutler Chapel. The Rev. G. O. Wangberg, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church, will officiate.
Interment will be in the Plumer Settlement Cemetery.
