Mrs. A. Goos, a German lady living in Silver Creek township, was bitten by a rattle-snake one week ago today, and died yesterday at four o'clock. She suffered terribly from the time she was bitten and although everything was done to alleviate her pain and combat the terrible poison, she could not be saved.
