BURCK, Mary E., age 86, Omaha, Nebraska, passed away July 30, 1973.

Funeral Services Thursday, August 2, 1973, 1:30 p.m., Cutler Funeral Home Chapel. Interment Plumer Settlement Cemetery.

Mary E. Burck

Mrs. Mary E. Burck, 86, of Omaha, died there Monday after a long illness.

She was born at Newcomerstown, Ohio and resided 60 years in Council Bluffs before moving to Omaha 10 years ago.

She was the widow of Chris Burck who died in 1949. Mr. and Mrs. Burck were longtime farmers south of Council Bluffs, and formerly attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints.

Survivors include: two sons, John (Rowland) Burck of Council Bluffs, and Ward Burck of Omaha; sister, Mrs. Hollis Mayes of Canton, Ohio; two brothers, Rowland Alexander and Harold Alexander, both of Newcomerstown, Ohio; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Cutler Funeral Home. Interment will be at the rural Bloomer (Plumer) Settlement Cemetery.
